  4.       I feel I have  a releasable version of SIO/VSIO/VX00.  However, I
  5.       have  been informed  that  IBM is  making  changes that  must  be
  6.       implemented in VSIO  if it is to be compatible  with OS/2 2.1 GA.
  7.       I have  information about the changes but I am unable to test the
  8.       changes at this time.

  10.       If I were to release SIO/VSIO/VX00 now, I would have make another
  11.       release shortly, to  be compatible with  OS/2 2.1 GA.   So, I  am
  12.       holding off release until I  can test the changes for 2.1 GA.   I
  13.       hope to be able to do this before 2.1 GA is released.  In fact, I
  14.       am hoping there is another 2.1 beta release.

  16.       In the  meantime, I  will continue  to do  public testing  of the
  17.       effect of  certain changes,  as well  as problem corrections,  by
  18.       releasing additional betas.
